After 15 years in the corporate world, I chose a more hands-on path and created a practice centered on thoughtful, individualized care. I wanted to offer focused therapeutic care in a space that feels warm and personal—to create an experience where there is time to listen and focus on the details, from the products I choose to how you’re supported on the table.

The Well Space reflects that approach: a private setting, an unhurried pace, and time to understand what matters to you.

I offer Therapeutic Massage, Wellness Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and Post-Operative Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Each serves a different purpose, and I adapt my approach to your goals, relevant health history, preferences, and comfort.

Your appointment begins with a brief conversation about how you feel, the areas you would like addressed, and anything that should be modified or avoided. Pressure, pacing, positioning, and areas of focus can be adjusted throughout your session.

For post-operative sessions, your procedure, stage of healing, and surgeon’s instructions help guide the treatment plan. Clear communication and consent remain central to the work.
