Every session is customized. When appropriate and with your consent, we may incorporate hot towels, aromatherapy, cupping, and warming or cooling topical products.
Wellness Manual Lymphatic Drainage
A gentle, deeply relaxing treatment designed to support healthy lymphatic flow and overall well-being. Using slow, rhythmic movements and very light pressure, each session is thoughtfully tailored to your body and individual goals.

Gentle, specialized care for clients recovering from plastic or reconstructive surgery. Each session is adapted to your procedure, stage of healing, surgeon's instructions, and how your body presents that day.

Designed for clients within 12 weeks of surgery or those continuing to experience surgery-related swelling or discomfort.
Before you book
New post-operative clients should schedule at least 48 hours in advance and complete the required intake forms promptly after booking. Your surgeon must have approved post-operative MLD. Depending on your procedure, medical history, or current stage of recovery, written clearance or a brief phone consultation may be required before treatment.
