Appointment & Cancellation Policies

Booking and intake

Appointments are available by advance booking. Please complete the required intake and consent forms before your session so Mandy can review your health history, goals, and any considerations that may affect treatment.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged 50% of the scheduled service. Missed appointments without notice are charged 100%.

Late Arrival Policy

Appointments begin and end at their scheduled times. If you arrive up to 15 minutes late, a shortened session may be provided when sufficient time remains to proceed safely. Your appointment will still end at its originally scheduled time, and the full service price will apply.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to the 50% late-cancellation fee. If you have neither arrived nor contacted The Well Space within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time, the appointment will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

Post-operative appointments

Please book post-operative appointments at least 48 hours in advance and complete your intake promptly after booking. Your surgeon’s approval is required before beginning post-operative manual lymphatic drainage. Treatment is adapted to your procedure, stage of healing, and surgeon’s instructions.

Memberships and packages

Membership and package appointments remain subject to the studio’s appointment policies. Additional purchase, billing, and expiration terms are provided in the applicable agreement during purchase.
